It's the 100th anniversary of Neiman Marcus and in true Texas style, the retailer is celebrating the event in a number of different ways. On October 12, as reported, there'll be a designer-studded gala in Dallas, but first up is the release of the Neiman Marcus Pop Up book, a suitably lavish tome that highlights major milestones in the store's history, including the famously OTT holiday decorations and the butterfly, NM's symbol for the beauty of transformation. The book, which features the photography of Geof Kern and the paper engineering of Kees Moerbeek, will be available from September 10th at all 38 Neiman Marcus stores. It's $100 on its own, and $125 with a slipcover.
