Quite frankly, it just isn't the same! I hear the shoes have gotten better because of better donors. I've always wondered about this event. Maybe I'll check it out online this year. But shoes can be so hard to buy without trying them on. That's what I love about Zappos - you can buy all the sizes you want and send them right back if they don't fit!!!
I have watched this for the last couple of years. I have bought a few of the shoes and they are half price--quite the deal but you have to move quick because they go so fast.
