According to Fashion Week Daily Maria Sharapova is having one rollercoaster of a week. Yesterday, she lost a tantalizingly close fourth-round French Open match to fellow Russian Dinara Safina. Luckily, she looked great even in defeat. The tennis superstar wore Tiffany & Co.’s Elsa Peretti jewels to court the entire week on the heels of signing a deal with the jewelry giant to wear Tiffany baubles on all four Grand Slam courts. Over the weekend, Sharapova revealed that none other than Frank Gehry is designing her earrings for the US Open. “I’m not even sure that I can even share that on national television,” said the world’s #1 tennis player on the Tennis Channel. “But it’s very exciting. Though I tend to like long earrings!”
