It's that time of year when I profess my love for all things gingerbread. Actually, it's a year round obsession of mine but this time of year in particular that it reaches a fever pitch :)

I could have used that pan a couple years ago when I made mini-gingerbread cookies for our neighborhood cookie exchange and I had to make about 7-8 dozen of those little suckers. I vowed to never again make those things. SO many ingredients and SO much time. But, they did turn out really cute.
