NY Times: "Awful. She tottered around the stage, dancing tentatively and doing nothing that sounded or looked like real live singing." BBC: "[Her performance will] go down in the history books as being one of the worst to grace the MTV Awards". Yahoo News: "Lethargic movements that seemed choreographed by a dance instructor for a nursing home..."

Glad I didn't watch. She just needs to take a break, raise her kids, and get a good shrink.
Honestly, it was like watching a train wreck in slo-mo.
atleast maybe she'll be so embarassed she'll stay home and we won't have to look at any pictures of her for a while. let us hope she goes away.
So sad! So much talent gone to absolute waste. There are so many other "costumes" she could have worn and looked so much better. argh!
I missed it and I can't seem to find a clip on you tube :(. I feel kind of sorry for the poor girl. By real people standards she really looks pretty good in this picture, especially for having just had two kids. Perhaps she did not look so great on tv.
