Can someone tell me why, even though I buy something on a semi-regular basis from Anthropologie, they don't send me a catalog??? Same goes for Barneys NY, Saks, and Bergdorfs (and I am a cardholder for ALL of these stores!). And I can't forget good ole J. Crew which is probably just another reason for me to dislike them! There are a few others as well. And why is it that places I NEVER purchase from, I receive a catalog on a WEEKLY basis, this means you L.L. Bean, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and every other damn catalog known to man?

Anyone remember when I posted about that Catalog site that is supposed to remove you from mailing lists? So much for that idea!
I get Anthropologie catalogues constantly and I've ordered from them once. I wish I knew what that was all about...
OOH, that irks me! J. Crew recently stopped sending me emails and I was livid. I called 5 times and now slowly, I get SOME. TERRIBLE!
I worked in the catalog industry in my previous life, so I sadly helped to perpetuate the dreaded LVE. I'd suggest making sure that the address they all have on file for you is correct (catalogs are generally not forwarded) and if they are, call or email and ask their customer service to make sure you are opted-in to their list. It could be that those companies have you marked as opting out (Do Not Mail), so they suppress your name when coming up with their mailing list from their customer list.
I had to request my catalogs from anthropologie and j.crew..i'm pretty sure you can just do it on the website
LL Bean, West Elm and Lands End send me at least one a week. I mean, I do shop at Bean but always in the store. And I don't have a card. I have to get online to request an ANthropology catalog every time I want one though. Hmph!
And I noticed when I received my J. Crew items (which had to be sent separately) no catalog in either package!
I wish I could commiserate, but I probably get one J. Crew a week and Anthropologie bi-weekly. I even get Anthro's accessory catalogs.
But...I never get Lillian Vernon! Now I'm feeling slighted.
