I don't think I will be wearing these this winter . And doesn't Bean and Lands End sell them for like $49.99? What do you think?

Go with the original--LL Bean. Why would you pay $195 for these when you could pay $59 for a classic?

I had a pair when I was in high school.
I have a pair that are sort of like these. I wouldn't spend 195 but what LL Bean charges.

Is she crazy....$195? Bean did it first and best. No need to upgrade. Plus, this is the sort of shoe one wears while shoveling snow. I cannot imagine buying a snow shoveling shoe for almost $200.
I highly doubt anyone buying this shoe would be shoveling in the first place and certainly not in these if they were!
Some things are not meant to be re-interpreted. TB should know better...
Oh good grief - $195? I love my LL Bean ones just fine!
