must be some internal bug... i finally clicked on the word title and got it to come up.
I had the same problem and searched help. You now have to take your cursor and gingerly move it towards the top of the title box. After many swipes back and forth, the cursor will turn into that text cursor icon. Click on it and then you can type in it. Sorry for the boring techno comment, but it took me a while to figure this out!
