This morning I was thinking - "wow it's not even December and I am really sick of shopping" (don't faint) and rather than close up shop (no pun intended) and leaving all 15 (perhaps maybe 20) of you without my presence in your blog lives I am thinking of taking this blog in a new direction. I just haven't decided what direction that is yet. I can't get too personal because of the nature of my job but I miss being able to have some group participation on the blog. Posting endless items and promo codes is getting boring. I know many of you read but don't comment which is totally fine (I've learned my lesson) but I miss having a blog dialogue and audience participation on a regular basis. Let’s face it, everyone likes feedback and if they say they don’t they are lying! So stay tuned to see whatever I come up with next. A lot has changed in the past year and hopefully there are more changes to be made in the future.
Update: I assure you I am not going to stop blogging but just go back to being a little more me and not so much shopping. In the coming week or so I am also going to edit/remove some of the links on the side to stores that I don't frequent as much, etc. in an effort to clean house.

I'm mostly a lurker, but I've enjoyed your blog in all its incarnations. I understand wanting a new direction--change is good! Plus, I must admit, it's hard to comment on some item posts because it starts to feel I'm just saying "Thanks, that's cute!" over and over again.
