Fashion Week on The Sundance Channel

They've got a great line up starting tonight! I've seen some of these already including my favorite, Lagerfeld Confidental (LOVE!!!!):

Wed Sep 09 10:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE: SONIA RYKIEL
In this episode, France's "Queen of Knits," designer Sonia Rykiel, prepares to celebrate her independent family-owned firm's 40th anniversary with an October Parisian show.

Wed Sep 09 11:00 PM SOMEBODY TOLD ME ABOUT... CARLA BRUNI
A funny thing happened while filmmaker George Scott was shooting a profile of supermodel and singer Carla Bruni: she fell in love with the French President. Now the woman famed for dating everyone from Mick Jagger to Eric Clapton is the First Lady of France. In this candid portrait, Carla reveals why she refuses to let her ceremonial duties interfere with her singing career, the stresses of modeling and the attraction she felt when she and Nicolas Sarkozy first met. Her husband appears here briefly at an unexpected domestic moment.

Thu Sep 10 10:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE: PROENZA SCHOULER
In this episode, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, the young visionaries behind the edgy and elegant Proenza Schouler label, prepare to debut their Fall 2009 line.

Thu Sep 10 11:00 PM MARC JACOBS & LOUIS VUITTON
Bringing the same intimate insight into the fashion world as his previous acclaimed documentary series SIGNE CHANEL, filmmaker Loïc Prigent focus on Marc Jacobs, called the most influential designer of his generation. This witty portrait follows Jacobs as he balances roles as artistic director of venerable French house Louis Vuitton and his own eponymous American line, in meetings, preparing collections and at high-profile shows. With Naomi Campbell, Sophia Coppola and Uma Thurman. "Artfully told with humor and panache" -- Vogue.

Fri Sep 11 10:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE: FENDI BY KARL LAGERFELD
In this episode, the Italian house of Fendi and its creative director Karl Lagerfeld prepare a Milan showcase of new Fendi fur, ready to wear and accessories.

Fri Sep 11 11:00 PM JACK TAYLOR OF BEVERLY HILLS
For more than 60 years, the fashionable custom-made suits Jack Taylor created for stars like Cary Grant, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Elvis defined Hollywood glamour, status and good taste. Now in his 90s, Taylor remains active and in demand even as some speak of him as an endangered species in an era of shoddy workmanship and casual dress. Cecile Leroy Beaulieu's fascinating documentary profiles the life and times of an outspoken and witty Beverly Hills icon as he discusses his career and commitment to excellence in men's attire.

Sat Sep 12 10:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE: JEAN PAUL GAULTIER
In this episode, France's Jean Paul Gaultier, renowned for his unforgettable costumes for Madonna and Kylie Minogue, mixes wit and magic in a Parisian haute couture show.

Sat Sep 12 11:00 PM LAGERFELD CONFIDENTIAL
Iconic in dark sunglasses, white ponytail, high starched collars and beringed hands, Karl Lagerfeld is one of the fashion world's most powerful tastemakers - and one of its most enigmatic. Filmmaker Rodolphe Marconi attempts to uncover the man behind the image as he follows the shark-like ruler of the House of Chanel in an extended interview. Articulate, epigrammatic and down to earth, Lagerfeld talks of his first sexual experience, fashion's ephemeral nature ("dangerous and unfair") and solitude ("I hate people who can't be alone").
